About Me
Howdy, I’m Cole Hanzelka, the owner of CH Pressure Washing. I’m 19 years old and currently studying Agribusiness at Texas A&M University. I’ve always had a passion for hard work and building something of my own. Starting this business wasn’t just about making money—it was about creating something I could be proud of, serving my community, and delivering the kind of quality I’d expect for my own home.
I believe in showing up on time, doing the job right the first time, and treating every property with care and respect. Whether I’m pressure washing a driveway, cleaning siding, or restoring a patio, I aim to leave every customer smiling and every surface looking brand new.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me learning new skills, connecting with people, or planning what’s next for my business. My goal is simple—earn your trust, exceed your expectations, and keep raising the bar for what great service looks like.
FAQ

How much does it cost?

Most homeowners schedule exterior cleaning once a year to maintain curb appeal and prevent long-term damage from mold, algae, and dirt buildup.

Will pressure washing damage my property?
When done correctly, no. Not all surfaces can withstand high pressure and that is where soft washing comes in. I use safe techniques on all surfaces to ensure a damage-free service
What is pressure washing?
Pressure washing is this use of high pressure, high flow water to clean a hard surface. The use of high pressure water rids the surface of any dirt and debris, unveiling the clean surface underneath
What is soft washing?
Soft washing is similar to pressure washing in that the end goal is to clean a surface. It is a different cleaning technique that is used on materials that cannot safely withstand the force of high pressure water. Surfaces like brick, wood fencing, stucco, wood siding and other delicate materials are cleaned using a mix of commercial grade degreasers, multi-purpose cleaners and Sodium Hypochlorite
What chemicals do I use?
On a regular basis I use degreasers, rust-removers, multi-purposes cleaners and Sodium Hypochlorite (SH). Sodium Hypochlorite is used to rid any surface of any stubborn organic material like mold or mildew. All of these chemicals will not harm your property as I use them professionally and safely
Why do i use chemicals?
In order to obtain a pristine cleaning on every job I do, some surfaces may require a little extra "elbow grease". For example, concrete tends to absorb organic material which cannot be removed with just high water. Different chemicals are used for different applications in order to produce a shine your property deserves.
